  • Online. All sessions are held live in a group on Zoom. All resources are emailed to you. Support is via a WhatsApp group.

  • I am a hybrid of business and marketing coach, mentor and consultant as well as a personal development coach. I will guide you through a process and offer support in the WhatsApp group and on the live Q&A Calls. On the personal growth (uplevel activation) side, I use various embodiment, somatic-energetic and energy-clearing tools, techniques and practices bespoke to your needs.

  • I totally get this, having a business is hard. You don’t need to be clear on your niche or business as this is what we’ll figure out together.

    If you are deep in the 'doubt cycle', feeling like an imposter or feeling the fear of making changes, we will be clearing those every other session and you'll be practising calming your nervous system as you expand.

  • You can continue in the group receiving the sessions and the support on a monthly retainer basis if you need more help to implement everything or work with me 1-2-1. These options will be communicated at the end of your program or whenever you ask.

  • I do not offer a ‘done for you’ service, but I will support you with feedback, homework, resources, clear action steps and email support. I will guide, coach and mentor you in the sessions to help you with any issues you have with implementing the changes or new things we discussed and agreed.

  • You will receive each module via email (approx fortnightly) and will need to be self-led in completing each workbook. You can reach out in the WhatsApp group for support such as questions, if you get stuck or feedback on eg copy.

    All sessions are held in a group. Bring your questions to the Q&A sessions and there will be space for sharing in the group Uplevel Activation Sessions too.

  • I suggest you’ll need about 1-2 hours a week (on average) for the live calls and to work through the workbooks. You may need more implementation time as you make changes in your business, or this may happen at/towards the end of the program.
